WHO WE ARE
Stephen Sheppard BSc (Hons) MRICS (Founder and Managing Director).
Stephen is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor holding a Batchelor of Science Honours Degree in Quantity Surveying and is a professional member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, with 30 years’ experience within the Construction Industry. Following a long and illustrious career with leading Cost Management practices, Stephen established Opal Consult Ltd in 2019 with a view to providing tailored Cost and Project management services to private clients within London and the South East.
Stephen qualified as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor in 2001 and has an extensive portfolio of high end Residential, Arts and Heritage projects, both new build and conversion, including Grade 1 and 2 listed properties where he has actively led the commercial aspects of the construction process.
